Great Spot!

We stayed for a couple of nights for our leadership team retreat. It was in a great location and had just what we needed to make it a good tine for all of us! Glad we were able to find this cabin. :)

Church Conference Trip

The property was wonderful. We had lots of room. The parking was great. We were isolated from all the noise and traffic yet close to everything we needed. We would like to stay again!!

Family Affair

Our family ranges from 6 months to 80 years old. Smoky Stays was perfect for us. Close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. Sandy was a great host.

Awesome space

This venue is so spacious, very clean. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and immediately someone was there to fix it. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Family get together

Excellent location, needs new sofa and mattresses. Love the open floor plan. Huge refrigerator and kitchen island which was nice we had a group of 13 and had meals at the cabin so it worked great. Plenty of parking. Shower curtain in back master bedroom upstairs was mildewed but I always clean bathrooms before using also needs a new comforter. Overall a great cabin

CLS Retreat

This house was a perfect fit for what we needed for our after summer camp retreat. It was large enough to house 3 couples, plus all of our counselor staff with no problem. The only negative feedback I received was that for a house that holds up to 32 people the kitchen was a bit ill equipped to cook for large groups with only having one stove and oven. And the floors in the main area looked like they had seen water damage and were not connected very well. It definitely needs some attention, especially when people are spending almost $1000 a night.

Exactly what we were looking for

Absolutely Amazing

We came down because my son was getting married and this cabin was perfect. It accommodated everyone and it had everything we needed. The just was amazing and always answered in a timely manner about any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend friends and family in the future

Awesome cabin for large families

The cabin was amazing. We were a group of 23 ages ranging from 1 to 81 years old, and there was room for everyone. We never felt crammed! We loved the views from the cabin and the large number of king-sized beds for couples. Check-in & check-out was smooth process; great communication with the host.

We celebrated our family reunion since our grandparents died and this was the best experience! We have stayed in countless cabins and this was by far the best one! We needed this gathering and Sandy was the best host! Even with the smallest concerns he helped us! Thanks so much!

Company meeting

This was a great property for our annual company meeting. We had 8 adults staying on property and this rental gave us ample space to spread out, but welcoming enough for us to gather at night. We had plenty of storage space to cook each of our meals and then enjoy meals together. The balconies had fantastic views of the mountains and plenty of space for each of us to sit and enjoy the serenity of the Great Smoky Mountains. The property manager was very gracious and accommodating to any requests we had. I would highly recommend and will look at staying here again for family and / or business trips in the area.

GREAT PLACE!!!

My family has done trips to Pigeon Forge the last three years for a Christmas gathering. We do an early December gathering for the bigger family so everyone can be home for their immediate families on Christmas. Some of us only see each other once a year due to distances between our homes. This year's cabin was by far the best so far. Location, Cleanliness, size everything was great. This year I used Vrbo and SmokyStays for the first time. VERY PLEASED!!!

Salty Dogs

We had a group of 21 senior citizens from our church. We had plenty of room for all. The only fault with the property was you need an outside light, not just the porch light. As our seniors were getting off the bus at night it was very hard getting them up ramp or steps. A light on a lamppost’s would be very helpful. Karen with Salty Dogs

Beautiful cabin close to town

Overall great place for large groups. Has 8 bedrooms and all have Queen or king beds. SEVERAL SETS OF QUEEN BUNKS only downfall, the master is in the middle of all the bunk rooms. Other than that most rooms have jack and jill style bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped.

We love the space and the location of this property.
