Everything as described

We had a great experience. The only glitch I would say is for check in. Our room wasn't ready at 4 and we had groceries ready to be refrigerated. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker by any means...just a minor inconvenience. Thanks for everything. William was superb to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!
