「We boat on Lake Shelbyville and the property is very close to a ramp. House was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked! Several extra amenities! The garage was an A+ with the extra fridge, grill and utensils. The only thing that I could pick at was the lawn desperately needed to be cut and the firepit was in a weird location on the side of the driveway. Nothing to not want to stay again! I would definitely return!!」

「It’s a great place to be with family to relax, visit, enjoy time together. Beautiful house, very nice, lots of nice touches! Great dock, lake is really nice. Very pretty area, peaceful. A comfortable, enjoyable experience! The Marina has a great place to eat and enjoy a band. The Marina area also has great outdoor pickleball courts, playground, outdoor workout area. Our vacation was so fun!」

「This property was well represented in pictures, spotless clean and worked out very well. We had also rented a larger home in Arthur that was "home base" so this was basically used for sleeping and showering. No meals were prepared here although it appeared the kitchen was well supplied although it did not have a dishwasher. The washer and dryer in the basement could be a bit inconvenient for some. This house was perfect for what we needed this week as an "annex" with more room for our family.」

「We weeee there for a fishing trip but would have enjoyed staying for a getaway trip. The cottage is decorated perfect and includes everything but food and clothes cozy patio with fire pit. Firewood included. The grounds were beautiful I enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife. There are also two fishing ponds on the property. Highly recommend!」

We were in town for my son's wedding and this was perfect for us and our adult kids/spouses etc. The furnishings are beautiful and this well appointed space had everything we needed.
