“緊臨大馬路 隔音不”

“Great customer service”

“Elevator is noisy and u can hear it all night, and what’s the worse?this is a man (who is a stuff there)saying something all the night, very clearly”

“I loved how spacious the apartment was as well as it having all the kitchen amenities as well as bathroom amenities you would want/need, wasn’t noisy and felt safe. I wish I had stayed for the entirety of my trip as the other hotels I stayed were not as advertised what so ever compared to the apartments.”

“It’s near the airport.”

“1-2 hours in 4 days had suddenly no power. Couple days whole days has no WiFi. 10 minutes had no water when I was taking shower. Patio door could not close, had to find handymen to fix. Pillow cases didn’t wash. microwave door broke”

“Was only here for the night because my flight was rebooked, however the hotel was close and I felt welcomed.”

“بكل أمانة : نظافة ومكان يفتح النفس وراحة في المكان وشكر خاص جداً جداً للأستاذة : شهد ذوق ورقي في التعامل ولطافة ولباقة وسرعة تسجيل الوصول والشكر موصول لجميع الموظفين وبإذن الله مو أول مره 🌹”

“The property is situated in a safe area. Staff are very friendly and are present 24/7. There are multiple plaza’s nearby. Room cleaning is on demand and they only enter if you allow them too.”

“Terrible! It took hours to understand where the place was because it is like in a ghost building. I asked for the shampoo and the owner told me to use the soap.”

“Very friendly staff clean also offered laundry service. Myself and my family would stay here again”

“Every thing was great specially the staff and the place”

“It's a great experience but far from where you can get some needs”

“这个地点非常好，在新开罗的市中心，步行30秒就有超市，买东西非常方便，吃的饭店也很多。公寓里什么都有，一楼也有24小时保安，有什么问题都可以及时解决。Mohamed人非常好，会一直协助。”

“The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all.”

“There is no hair dryer in thr room. I need to call and argue for several times until I got the hair dryer after 1.5 hrs. Poor management ”

“The place was well maintained and the staffs were awesome”

“Clean, nice staff and friendly. Only issue is laungauge. ”
