Located in the quaint coastal town of Gearhart, just north of Seaside, this brand new home is spacious & inviting. Its size & amenities make it perfect for gatherings with family & friends! You will enjoy amazing ocean & mountain views from most windows in this home. Relax & unwind while you enjoy sunsets on the large deck, or from the fire pit. Just steps from the beach, & 5 minutes to downtown Seaside; a variety of activities are awaiting you.

This is a newer, well-designed and nicely appointed property with excellent beach access - and a short walk into the village. The living areas have wonderful views. The layout is perfect for a family vacation. We had a great time playing ping-pong, cooked in for most meals and enjoyed dinner on the deck watching the spectacular sunsets.

Fabulous stay

This is a beautiful group house with clean, uncluttered open spaces, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, a perfect location in gearhart right across from the beach path, and a beautiful view of sunsets from the upstairs porch. Mallory was wonderfully attentive and communicative. Highly recommended!

Great Golf Spot
