So staff on site to resolve issues!
The room was in an apartment building with general access from the street.
There are no staff in attendance at the property and when I reported that the room could not be locked [via WhatsApp] i received no assistance. I pushed the sofa against the door to provide some form of security.
Overall, disappointing.
