Noisy Airconditioner
"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."

It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you ..."

治安令人擔憂的區域
"酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一 晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。"

Not bad but not good
"The hotel room is very comfortable especially the air conditioning and bathroom. The two negatives are 1) breakfast selection is good but not the food quality, 2) location is near the main railway station but you may experience a little bit of dodginess in the area."

Modern, spacious and super convenient location!
"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor ..."
