Beautiful view but dirty windows would have made the view better.Needs air conditioning on 2nd floor. Thank you for providing fans.We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot. It was difficult to climb the steps up to the dock from the water. The steps down to the dock were rickety.We appreciated how easy it was to rent a boat. We loved the openness of the floor plan.

What a view! Wonderful getaway.

Incredible view of Lake Seneca. Great location, close to the restaurants and stores in Geneva. Not far from historic Seneca Falls, and surrounded by wineries and breweries. We had a great time. The place is enormous, plenty of room for our 6 adults. Nice patio and dock. The kayaks were fun (when the weather was cooperating). The property manager and owner are very responsive and very helpful. It was a wonderful time. A great place to stay. We went to 3 Brothers Winery, just down the road, and (hopefully) bought a year's supply of wine, along with many other things. Ventosa is almost right next door, and that was fun and scenic. It's just such a beautiful area.
