"绿象酒店是一家不错的酒店，酒店环境优美，餐厅通透明亮，穿过一片小花园就是我们住宿的地方，不好的地方是男女混住，没有女生单独宿舍。14个人在一个大房间，空间也很宽敞。但是睡在我上铺的男士的鼾声还是令我不安，还好只有一晚。"

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount
"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply."
