Bella Italia here you can immerse yourself in Italian life in Genoa. The beautiful and authentic holiday apartment, on the 6th floor, offers you and your large family a very special holiday experience. Due to the size of the beautiful apartment, all family members will find space for privacy and socialising. A small but lovely roof terrace lets you look out over the rooftops of Genoa and invites you to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.



The fantastic location of the holiday apartment gives you countless options for exploring the city. Start a city walk from the holiday apartment. This can take you to the large harbour, for example, where you can stroll along the harbour promenade. You also have the opportunity to take advantage of the city's great cultural and leisure programme. You can also pack your beach bag and head to one of the city's beaches on foot or by public transport and enjoy the sea.

The apartment is spacious and a unique find in the heart of the historic district. Be very aware of reading all terms about booking this place, as we were confused and did not pay the extra money for linens and towels. The apartment is 7 stories up stairs, but that's how you get the amazing rooftop view. While the listing notes that there is parking available, they do not provide any recommendations and there is no vehicles allowed on the streets near the property. Some minor repairs and thoughtful updates would make this place more comfortable, and a simpler process for booking, sheets/towels, payment and communication. Once we got through all of that, our stay was very enjoyable, which is why I am giving it 4 stars.

This large rental is in a great location. It is an older building and walk up the 6 flights of stairs was difficult. The communication with the rental company was a bit cumbersome.

Casa grande, camas cómodas, limpieza aceptable, ideal para un grupo de muchas personas ya que tiene 4 WC con sus duchas y eso agiliza mucho el tiempo. Buena situación en el centro de Génova. Solo tiene un inconveniente que no tiene ascensor.
