The property is even better than the pictures! It was very clean and felt larger than I thought. It’s in a great location and the host was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here!

Super Place to stay

We stayed here for 4 weeks. What a great place to stay. Location couldnt be better. The apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay. We cooked at home quite often and while the balcony was tight for space it worked well for us and so enjoyable to sit in the morning or evening. We would recommend this apartment and we hope to return!

Perfect apartment, great location for exploring Genoa.

Clean well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. Chiara was very nice and helpful, was waiting in the apartment when we arrived to check us in. Excellent air conditioning in living space and bedroom. Great location for exploring Genoa, 5 minute walk to Piazza de Ferrari to catch Metro or buses.

Nice apartment in a wonderful old city

A large clean flat on the 4th floor with a small balcony where you can sit and have coffee in the morning.(If you are brave enough for the window staircase) There is a small but effective lift to the 4th floor so no stairs, unusual in Italy. This is a great place to stay right in the centre of Genoa. Highly recommend.

Our home away from home

This is our second time staying here. This trip was for 14 days. It’s a fantastic apartment in an amazing location. So close to everywhere either by walking, metro or bus! It has a lift which comes in handy! It feels like home and I can’t wait until we have another opportunity to return! The apartment is clean and the owner is very helpful with any questions you may have!

Genoa Vacation

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location was excellent, so easy to get to restaurants, shopping, city center and aquarium. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable . Our only complaint would be the TV did not work which we would have liked hearing news, ect. Chiara was very nice and tried to fix it and responded to all our requests. She even let us check in early in the day straight from our cruise. She left breads, cookies, coffee, milk and juice which was so nice not to have to go to the store . We would stay here again

Spacious well-equipped apartment

Excellent location for the first time visitor, in the old historic center. Many attractions are within an easy walking distance, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with owner at all times. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully set up for meal preparation, if desired. The owner provided us with milk, water, and several items for breakfast preparation. Comfortable bed, very little traffic noise noted at night for such a central location. We would certainly recommend this apartment to our friends.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in great location

It's all in the title....the apartment has all that's needed to have a great stay in Genoa, lots of space, excellent kitchen, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. And a lift! Lighting is also good, which is something often lacking. And the location couldn't be better, between the old town and central activities, and near great transport connections, especially the metro (which is free outside peak times, and links the stations.). You can walk easily everywhere. Many eating places within a few minutes. Host Chiara is a delight to deal with, and cheerfully met us despite our extra late night arrival. Highly recommended.

Great location in a great city

The apartment was well equipped, and a perfect location for us to enjoy exploring Genoa on foot. Our host, Chiara, was very attentive and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. Would have loved to stay longer but we only allocated 3 days for this part of our trip.
