Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt

Super Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht. Lediglich ein Sonnenschutz (Sonnenschrim oder -segel) für die Dachterrasse wäre wünchenswert, dann könnte man diese noch besser nutzen. In der näheren Umgebung findet man fußläufig alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch (Supermärkte/ Restaurants) benötigt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen (was aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation auch zu empfehlen ist). Der Vermieter Giovanni ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Verständigung auf englisch ist sehr gut möglich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Genua wenige Meter vom Meer

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung, die ausgezeichnet ausgestattet ist. Die Räume sind hoch und alle klimatisiert. Die Bäder sind grosszügig und komfortabel. Da die Wohnung in einem Wohnquartier liegt, kann man die Ruhe geniessen. Trotzdem erreicht man einen kleinen Strand (mit grossen Steinen, daher Badeschuhe benötigt) in malerischer Umgebung in wenigen Gehminuten und einen grösseren (mit feinem Kies) in 15-20 Minuten Gehdistanz. Ebenfalls in Gehdistanz finden sich viele Supermärkte, Pizzerien, Restaurants und Eisdielen. Das Parkieren beim Haus ist problemlos und sicher. Der Empfang und die Betreuung während des Aufenthalts geschieht durch den ebenfalls im Haus wohnhaften Eigentümer. Die Kommunikation in Englisch klappt tadellos. Das Einzige, was zur Zeit fehlt, ist ein Sonnenschutz und ein Tisch mit Stühlen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Allerdings soll dies gemäss dem Eigentümer ab dem kommenden Sommer vorhanden sein. Die Aussendusche ist nach der Rückkehr vom Strand einfach toll. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden bei einer Rückkehr nach Genua auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Herzlichen Dank an Giovanni und seine Familie für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Giovanni was an excelent Host, he provided everything we could possibly ask for. He speaks perfect english and you can contact him everytime. Only the beds are a little bit too stiff... we would come back here for sure :) enjoy your visit at Genova Blues

Über den Dächern von Boccadasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Einrichtung. Hochwertige E-Geräte. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr große Dachterrasse, kleiner Kritikpunkt, ne Markise oder Sonnensegel wäre optimal gewesen, denn es wurde dort sehr unangenehm heiß tagsüber. Sehr angenehm war die Außendusche, nach dem Baden im Meer konnte man sich schön abduschen ohne erst rein zu müssen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp war grandios, er war sofort erreichbar u hat Fragen/Probleme gelöst. Kleine Bucht mit schattigen Plätzchen bis Mittag 3min zu Fuß war super.Größerer Strand über den Berg mit ein paar Treppen 10min entfernt + Hundebucht- TOP! Lidl u Basko 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Hafen/Innenstadt leicht mit dem Auto in 15min zu erreichen. Preise Lebensmittel, Pizza 3 min zu Fuß, StandUPpaddeln Preis war unschlagbar. Aquarium muss man besuchen lohnt sich + den AcquaPark 94km weit entfernt war toll. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt Danke

Una casa piena di sole

La casa di nuovissima ristrutturazione, molto pulita. L' Host molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto accogliente,soleggiata e rilassante con un bel terrazzo che con il buon tempo puo' anche essere vissuto nei mesi invernali.
