The space

A studio apartment of approximately 47 square meters is located on the first floor of the Waterfront complex, which is equipped with an elevator



The interior is laid out as follows:



SLEEPING AREA featuring a fold-away double bed and the dining area.

KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

TERRACE furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a table, and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Limited Wi-Fi (500 GB per month), building-wide cooling system, central heating, washing machine, dryer, a travel crib, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment
