Lovely apartment on an active piazza

Wonderful space, well stocked kitchen, close to everything and right on a very active, lively piazza with tons of options for places to go. It is loud at night - no two ways about it - but k appreciated how clearly this was disclosed in the listing and I don’t have any trouble sleeping through that kind of noise, so it was perfect for me! Great host, extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

First time in Genova

Nice property, small but ok for 2 people. Could use a TV and radio but basic for kitchen utensils for cooking. No toaster. Extremely noisy on weekends, Friday and Saturday nights they party till 4 am. Bars surround the apartment. Close to restaurants, bars. Grocery and pharmacy. Apartment co For table but could more pillows and blankets

Tel qu’annoncé par l’hôte, bruyant parfois, mais bien camouflé avec des bouchons d’oreilles. Quartier agréable. Appartement bien équipé. Mezzanine accessible même pour personne avec léger problème de mobilité.

Great location

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the city and a few cute spots to eat or grab a drink right below. We loved that! Host was wonderful and waiting for us when we arrived. Had great recommendations for food and it ended up being my favorite place of our trip! Parking was not super close and had to walk up and down a hill to get to what we think was the closest garage. We don’t mind walking so it wasn’t a big deal to us. Would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon

Bel appartement mais bruyant !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Gênes. Alessandra a été très arrangeante, notamment avec notre retard dû aux embouteillages.. L’appartement est très bien placé au cœur du centre historique à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quies, la place est très vivante et donc bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour 3 jours, nous l’avons supporté et étions très heureux d’être au cœur de la vie génoise.

Nice apartment in the heart of Genova

We had a very nice stay at Alessandra's apartment which is quite well located if you want to stay centrally and have plenty of bars and shops around. Alessandra gave us a lot of recommenations and was very helpful. In addition, the check-in was very smooth and we appreciated a lot the earlier check-in that we could do. However, if you want to stay in a calm area then this apartment might not be the best. The bars around close very late and, at least during our stay, a lot of groups stayed directly opposite of our house and partied all night long. It was very loud until very late. You should definitely bring earplugs with you.

Great little apartment, the beds are up stairs on a loft so, you must be limber. Everything we needed was supplied to us by a very nice host. Location is great, we walked everywhere. I think it is central to both train stations but, we stoped at Bringnole station. The noise that the host warns you about is no joke , there a numerous night clubs right outside your room. These nightclubs make noise until 3am. If you can not deal with ear plugs as the only way to sleep then do not rent this apartment. If you are young and like the nightclub scene this is perfect for you. We are not young but, we were willing to put up with the noise for the three days we were in Genoa because the location was good.

Weekend stay in old town Genova

I’ll start by saying that the communication and assistance from Alessandra and Laura was excellent. Very responsive, great recommendations, and flexible with our circumstances. Thank you both for your help and awesome work! The space of the apartment is great: very clean, modern, comfortable and lots of useful amenities. The location itself is excellent in almost every way. It’s nestled in the centre of the old town and is exactly where I would recommend anyone who is visiting this city to stay. The attractions of Genova are all in walking distance and so are many great restaurants. The location however is a double edged sword that should be mentioned. As in other reviews, the noise is noticeable. The host kindly recommends ear plugs ahead of your stay, however depending on the night of your stay it could be beyond help. We stayed Saturday night and Sunday night. There was a party in the piazza on Saturday that lasted until 03:00 and was still loud with ear plugs. Sunday night was much better, no party and just regular street noise. I would still recommend the location but be aware of noise if you’re staying on the weekend.

We loved the apartment and the location very much. Lost of small restaurants just around the corner. The contact with the host wotked very well. If we return to Genova again in the future we hope we can stay in the same apartment again.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! Robert was so helpful and we communicated frequently. The location was exceptional, it was right in the historic center and everything we wanted was right outside. It was only noisy on Friday night, the rest was not bad at all. Thank you Alessandra and Robert!!

Location is great depending...

depending on what your into and who you are traveling with, you may think it's fantastic! I was traveling with my wife and small child. The apartment is definitely not kid-proofed and it can get quite loud outside the apartment. It would be very fun for young people as there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

The location was fantastic.Walking distance to almost everything. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within 100 feet of flat. Being so close to all of these was not an issue, we didn't hear anything from outside. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again. The owner and her son were so helpful and accommodating. Great host.
