“The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. To make matters worse, the bathroom has a skylight with a glass wall that divides the bedroom therefore we had……

“The good: Great historic hotel close to everything. Very clean. Pretty room. Good food and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Opportunity for improvement: The beds were too soft. I am used to a firmer mattress because of my back otherwise I highly recommend.”
