“This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. “The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. To make matters worse, the bathroom has a skylight with a glass wall that divides the bedroom therefore we had……

“Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. Things were very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of off street parking. The location was ideal. “This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“How would you like to arrive at the property, after a long day and my grandson's graduation party, in total darkness, directed by phone to a door which was supposed to be unlocked but was not? A follow-up call with the manager told us we were obviously not at the right door. The manager finally arrived, knocked on the door and found a vagrant was in the room. To make matters worse, they had no other rooms available and should take the room. We wound up driving the two hours,a 90 mile trip……
