20 mins walk to City centre. 15 mins walk to nice food markets on MaCallister street. Poor public transport but it's a general fact at Penang? Hotel room was cozy and designed nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had very quick check in property and you need to pay 100 ringgit for deposit as cash before check in plus taxes. Hotel is far from centre and not suitable to walk anywhere and there is nothing around hotel. I don’t recommend it to solo female traveller. If you want to stay in budget hotel for short stay than it is fine for couples or families. I found a cockrach in my room and ruined my night really. I picked this hotel as it had good reviews in website. I am disappointed. But I gave a good review for staff as they were really helpful.

One of the Receptionist is very rude screams and shouts at customer after accusing customer for stealing key card. Acts like she is the warden who doesn’t realise she is in working in the service line. Lazy in general just sitting down playing with her phone and once need to work and resolve issues then gives dirty face to customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
