Bed was on the softer side but comfy. Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and all of the most forgotten items were stocked in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

The decor and design was nice. I would rate it as a 2 or 3 star hotel overall. It wasn't my expectation for a 4 star hotel for service, amenities and experience. I had two rooms booked with my party arriving at separate cars. There were issues with check-in process and was very disappointed with handling the situation.

Our room was nice but definitely could use some TLC. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall near the windows and the bathroom had several areas that showed built up grime. My biggest complaint is having to pay $16 per day for WiFi. In this day and age, every hotel provides guests complimentary WiFi, so this felt outrageous.
