"Rooms are very spacious"

"For a 4 star hotel the amenities seem very outdated. There are no water refill stations. They say the pool is heated, but it was so cold no one wanted to get in. There is no hot tub. They had some games out on the patio but the connect 4 was broken. There are no microwaves in the room. That seems like a standard now days even in 2 and 3 star hotels. The did have one with the ice machine. When I heard someone ask the front desk why they didn’t have a microwave in the room the front desk clerk said it is because they are a 4 star hotel, not a restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense. "

"This house is perfection, I would absolutely stay there again. The host has thought of everything and the house is impeccably clean. The decor is beautiful, we must have said ‘oh my gosh, look at this’ 20 times a day. The location is great, the only negative is that because of the location, you will hear dumpsters being emptied every morning. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.:) "

"The late night front desk person, Alan, was very helpful in getting us into our room when the lock/app interface malfunctioned. Thank you Alan! Breakfast was well below average. Just about zero protein available, even after we waited for more to be set out."

"Had an issue with the toilet but the management didn’t fix it and said maintenance would come in the morning but they didn’t. Said because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t touch the room and didn’t offer to switch rooms either with a functional bathroom. "
