“I did not like there was no one to assist with luggage to rooms. Room needs to be upgraded. There were times no hot water. Breakfast was great. Dinner was boring, something every night.”

“The lack of natural light was a deal breaker for me there was only one window in the bathroom and that was all the natural light you will get in the room , the toilet was an issue but other than that it was very clean breakfast was tasty but if you don’t get breakfast early (before 8-8:30) and it’s all gone (the local dishes ) you have to stick with continental dishes.”

“The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. The rooms are so huge and very clean. The entire apartment was very big and I felt safe, comfortable and happy. He was also very fast with his response when we had any……

“On April 7th I checked into the hotel. Upon arrival I paid with my credit card for the stay until April 10 total 89340 Guyana dollars, the receipt number is 7610. That same day I checked in the Manager came into my unit 101 with two glasses full of alcohol and she put a tablet in the glass saying that it will cool my skin. I passed out for a long time but my money was missing 1000 USD when I woke up. I continued my stay until my family picked me up. That money was for the orphanage I grew up in.……

“The bar was well stocked unfortunately a second blender is needed. Drinks ordered our first nigh could not be provided because tofu a blender issue. We were provided a complimentary drink because of the issue. Thank you. ”

“Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.”

“Solo trip. Stayed here for a full week and had a great experience. Only one minor complaint. This place was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is central, yet very quiet and residential, which would make it easy/ comfortable to relax with a family or large group. The premises and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. On site security who open and closes the gate for you. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. Bobby was very helpful. Only minor complaint is……
