A good option that is clean, safe and centrally located. Great food and drink available just downstairs at Bistro. The only downside- There are larger than normal spaces under the room door which noise and light comes in.l through. A rolled towel helps but if anyone is having a coversation in the corridor, you definitely feel a part of it.

The things I like about the hotel. It was clean and quiet. I felt safe staying here, the 24 hours front desk service is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site, but several options close by that’s walkable. Easy to get a taxi and most places in town, are walkable .

Likes : decent, modern rooms , extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Ken and Marlon. Daily housekeeping, they replenish the water daily. The bed is comfortable. BISTRO is the best! I haven’t had a bad meal there. The bartenders are also very friendly and talented. They make some of The best cocktails and provide quality service. Dislikes : our first room had an odor , and was on the side of the property where the generator is located, so there was constant noise. Additionally, the property is being improved so there was construction during the day and materials in the hallway during my visit. I complained to the front desk staff about my room and, the manager immediately came to speak with me and relocated us. I gave this review 4 stars because of the noise nuisance and the initial smelly room. But, once we were relocated , our visit went smoothly. I have recommended this property to friends and family and will definitely stay there again.

It was clean. They provided water bottles daily. Restaurant had decent food. The restaurant has a good ambiance and many locals eat there. The Music can be loud on weekends and may be heard in the rooms, but one can still sleep.

I love the convenience, it was central to getting around Georgetown, it was within walking distance of every attraction, market, bars and nightclubs

Food was expensive and waiting time for breakfast is long,even though no one was in restaurant. There’s not good eating place close by But hotel is safe .

We apologize for the slow service in the restaurant at breakfast, however, since we do not know the date you were here we are unable to say what caused the delay. Nonetheless, this was discussed with our Head Chef in an effort to avoid future occurrences. Our menu is a la carte, and prices vary. We do hope you visit us again sometime in the future

Very Nice hotel, clean and calm. The staff was extremely kind and always asking if we need anything. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the right place. They have life music at the pool ever night. Don’t miss the 5th floor sunset party .

The property was not bad and in good condition with exception of the walls in the rooms are a little dirty. The shower had a half door that was really an inconvenience for showering. The entire floor would get flooded and I had to keep wiping up the water with several towels. Uncommonly poor design and a huge inconvenience.

Room smelt a bit musty. Hotel had low occupancy n I was given a room facing roof tops n near the generator. It was very loud. Staff was not that friendly. Easy to get taxi service. Provided service to exchange money. Their restaurant was very nice. Great food and ambiance and great service. Walking distance to many places. Friendly security staff.

Unfortunately, during your stay it would have been impossible to change rooms, nonetheless, we apologize for not having met your expectations. Kings experience
I like the place except they had a black out and could not get my tv to work again with reboot . The staff all amazing and helpful and friendly , the hotel restaurant and bar had amazing food but really pricey

One stand out moment that I would like to highlight is I left my air pods on my bed one day and when I returned I found them placed on my side table. In some establishments it would not have been strange for them to be taken by staff as it is a small item but the staff at kings were extremely pleasant and honest.
