This apartment features two large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and large closets. There could be more mats in the house since it laid with tiles and it is air conditioned, so that in habitatant(s) could be more comfortable. Bettter communication between inhabitant(s) and owner/caretaker. There is a need for washer and dryer access. There is a need for better parking accomodation because its not safe to park on the bridge, moreso since the locations is at a prime intersection and it is very busy there.
