Great for family vacation or business. Large kitchen and three bedrooms with all the modern amenities.
Safe and secured environment in a gated community.
Community is close to everything important: Massy Supermarket, Amazonia Mall, Providence Stadium, Fine dining, Texila University, Ramada Princess Hotel, and the Demerara Harbor Bridge.
Taxis cabs are quickly available on call and 5 min away from the Ramada Hotel.
Major new four lane roads and highways recently completed for quick and easy access to the Capital City, Georgetown, and the East Coast of Demerara (Eccles - Mandela Rd and Eccles to Diamond Rd).
