This place is clean and great for the price. I checked the beds and room very good for any signs of bugs ect and everything looked clean. The breakfast is good they have a hot skillet to make fresh waffles ,eggs and sausage. Great if you just need a clean place to stay for a great price and don't care about fancy amenities.

The stay was very nice. The staff were the most pleasant and wonderful people I've met. There was a little unknown something beside the sink in the bathroom and the chairs were broken outside in the sitting area but overall a wonderful stay

The common areas needed more attention as there was food debris all over the floors and stairs during my stay. The room was ok but the beds are pretty hard. I requested a 1hr late checkout which the woman at the counter said was alright. Before the typical 11am I had cleaning staff barge into my room without knocking and startled me. No apologies or anything. Then after 11 I had 3 staff pounding at my door to clean and kick me out, even though I had a 12pm check out approved. I was livid and just left.

The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes and I asked for another room. Well that room smelled worse! The guy at the desk had to give me a cigarette spray to lessen the smell. I had to go to Wal-Mart across the street and buy a candle to stifle the cigarette smell. Gross!!! I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast was nice and the front desk people were very friendly. They should put in their bylaws like a lot of other hotels that there will be a fee charged to them at check-out of there is a cigarette smell in the rooms. the room was nice and big and it's a shame it smelled so badly. The otters thing that we hated was the kids ran up and down the halls all night and early morning. I mean really people. Teach your children to respect other people and sleep time. Ridiculous!!!

The staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. The property and room was very clean. The breakfast was really good. Would stay here again. Unfortunately, the pool was closed even though it was 90° outside. The bed was a bit firm for my taste. Overall great stay and not a bad drive to the beach.

I am not happy with my stay at this property as the room had a strong mold smell and I woke up the following morning with a stuffy nose and cough. In addition, the breakfast options were sparse and we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.
