「The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel.」

「My first stay was in 2025 when the property was brand new, and at that time there were no local breakfast dishes available. I would have expected noticeable improvements a year later; however, the local breakfast options are still very limited. They had already run out of pepperpot when I arrived at 8:00 a.m., and it was not replenished. The other local dishes offered were mediocre at best. Perhaps the hotel should consider hiring more Guyanese cooks to better showcase authentic local...

「I have gone to several hotels before in and out of the country, Kings by Jewelz was 11/10. I'm satisfied with everything. I will visit again. The thing is when I was looking for hotels I wanted AC Marriott however I was getting any response so I decided on Kings, and they didn't disappoint. I will surely recommend. 「The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous epically Esther and Sabrina. Breakfast I didn’t like because they were many options.」

「This was the newer building across the street, but it is not properly built. The elevator was leaking, we had blackout several times. The water pressure was low and on two of the days, we could not shower because the water was completely off. Because of the rain, the entrance to the hotel was very muddy. We requested for someone to come to our room to fix a broken toilet seat. We stayed for five nights and no one came. Overall, it was not comfortable for my family and I.」

「1. The staff are above exceptional. The air-conditioning works incredibly well and a cleaning staff did an amazing job however, though I would recommend the gym to be extended and more equipment added.」

「the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)」
