“This was such a special part of our Belize holiday. The staff was amazing, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and you can see that everyone working there takes great pride in excellent hospitality. It was simply a beautiful, relaxing, and utterly tranquil place to be with loads to do both on the property and excursions available. Wish we’d stayed longer than three nights!”

“The place was extremely clean. It had a nice small kitchen area and nice refrigerator. The owner was super professional and informative. The facility has a Belizian car you can rent which you'll need because the attractions are not too close. The place is nicely tucked away off the main road going into town.”

“Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else.……

“Despite the room and the property being amazing I recommend that you never stay here. The hotel is so lovely and in the middle of nowhere, which is great, but, that means you are stuck eating from the hotel restaurant, which is absolutely disgusting and ridiculously priced. The food was served cold and I ended up with food poisoning. My kids and husband tried pancakes for breakfast while I threw up in the room and they were given to them cold even though we requested that they were not made……

“The property is amazing, lots of beautiful birds to see right from the porch area. The river is a 10 minute walk from the property. You can cool down and listen for monkeys. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious, self-serve bar is awesome, and dining area is outside so you can enjoy being in nature.
