「Great hotel with wonderful views! Unfortunately, breakfast and lounge a bit too adapted to guests from India and Arabic countries. Quality has gone down since 2019,but still good.」

「We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible...

「excellent hotel, must choose mountain view room no matter what. based on my own experience, the restaurant really short of staff. but other than that is good」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」
