“It was misrepresented as to what it was. We checked out 2 days early and was not refunded but for 1. It cost us an extra 400 for our trip as a result. The management passed the buck on the refund and blamed on Expedia. Expedia blamed the hotel. It was a matchbox room that was nasty and unclean. I will never use Expedia or book with a days inn again”

“The staff didn't appear to be well trained when it came to checking traverse in. The young lady talked condescending to me. Assuming I couldn't pay with my credit card. Put me in a room I didn't select, they indicated it was because of scheduling through a third party. The room given had a terrible smell and was not clean
My husband and I had to wait over 1 hour to get the check in straight.”
