「Bad reception!! I had already made early check-in. I called in advance to let the second room get their keys. The front desk was being difficult with no opportunity to mediate the confusion. And on top of they had no clean rooms. Had to wait 30 mins to get another room. Terrible service from one lady. The other was comprehending. 」
