"The room was clean. House keeping came at 9:30 when I had an extended checkout time for 1pm and normal check out isn’t till 11am! "

One receptionnist said WIFI is OK the other one said not working for 3 days. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to call the reception. No glass in the room. How can you advertise on your site without warning people of these problems. You should refund your customer for force Quality Inn to give a credit ."

"Great location along the lake, in the golf course grounds. It was a winter’s weekend getaway for us, and the heavy snow falls made it spectacularly scenic. The grounds are great for cross country skiing and snow shoeing, and with Owen Sound a few minutes away, it’s a great spot for a weekend away. The rooms are large with great layout and furnishings. Unfortunately, the climate control is barely functional; and the room was very cold and uncomfortable - especially given the weather outside. That was very unfortunate, and impacted an otherwise great weekend away."
