Room was smelly look outdated window broken. Toilet has stains , sink was cracked, the mattress in the bed super confutable. I had kettle but no complementary tea of coffee, Tv not turned on,

Okay the room was on the smaller side. But having said that it was nice and I’d stay there again. The food and drink in the bar was good, and served like we were in BA First Class. A serious touch of elegance.

"Comfy bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Gutted didn’t get to go in thermal suite as it was fully booked but other than that the stay was lovely.
