“A good stay with friendly staff and a very comfortable bed. The loo seat in our first room was broken and the second room hadn’t been cleaned so ended up in a family room which was fine. Choices at breakfast weren’t brilliant and the building was a little tired.”

“Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is……

“J’ai beaucoup appréciée mon séjour de 4jours-3 nuits au Pandora. L’hôtel a un cachet charmant et très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Les repas son appétissant et délicieux. Le déjeuner est offert d’une carte menus en plus d’un buffet déjeuner continental. Les jardins sont magnifiques, luxuriant et invite à la relaxation. L’hôtel est bien situé pour descendre au bord de mer à pied en 5-7 mins. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. Merci ”

“Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel.”

“The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good parking on site. Room a little outdated but very comfortable. We had breakfast incl. again you could order anything off the menu , change it up or add extras to it. Really good food. One night we had dinner here again food was amazing and service was excellent.”

“Lovely bright room with separate table and chairs so we could eat in sometimes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked. Location of hotel was perfect.”

“Nilesh our room steward was excellent and very attentive. Paul, Abbi and the rest of the restaurant and Bar staff were excellent, very helpful and very attentive. Carlene and her colleagues at reception were very helpful and attentive. We found everyone to be very helpful and attentive and everyone went all out to help make our stay enjoyable.”

“Personnel jamais disponible, agacé à toute sollicitation: 1/4h d'attente à la réception malgré la sonnette, idem pour entrer dans la salle à manger, pour quoi que ce soit. Salle de bains SANS balayette, gobelet ou patère. Aucun ménage effectué en deux jours. La balayette de wc nous a été carrément REFUSÉE (wc sales en arrivant et donc en partant). Il a fallu demander des serviettes propres et du papier toilette. Jamais vu ça.”
