"The property is very well kept. The breakfast buffet only has smoke salmon from Mon - Thursday. Parking is easy as the hotel has garage parking. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. Overall nice ambiance around the hotel. I would stay here again."

"The worst stay I’ve ever had. When we checked in, the tissue box was empty and the bathtub didn’t look clean. But the most serious issue was that our room door was left unlocked two nights in a row, with no resolution from staff. The first night, when we returned and found the door unlocked, I called the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me in the morning, but I never received a call. The next day, we made absolutely sure the door was locked before leaving. When we came back, it was unlocked again. This time, we took photos and reported it to the front desk in person. The staff member wrote down my name and room number and again promised that a manager would follow up the next morning. Once again, no one contacted me. This is a serious safety concern, and the lack of response from management made it even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others."

"We were disappointed in our 4 day stay. Our room was never cleaned, even after 2 specific requests at the front desk. There was no parking available on property for our truck. Desk staff was not helpful, and the manager has yet to return my call. On a positive note, breakfast was awesome, as was the staff there. But, we won’t be back."

"Had high hopes for this new to me hotel. Sadly for the price I didn't see the value: walls were thin; black out shades were not cut to size leaving large gaps for light; coffee pot was broken; electrical sockets didn't work - leaving my phone uncharged and me on short power for a very long day in the city; promises of an Arlo yoga mat went unfulfilled when the house keeping member handed me additional coffee pods and said "we don't have the mats." There's great potential, but not sure I'll return given the multiple shortcomings."

"The location was great for our stay to visit a few museums in the city. We also took a preteen and teenager with us and this was a great family environment. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff members were very friendly and ready to assist!"

"This hotel felt like a far cry from the luxury and amenities we expect at a JW Marriott. The king room was very small and the bathroom was comparable to a Courtyard Marriott. For the price we paid ($600 per night) we expected that every room would be outward facing the city, but no, our view was inward facing the other side of the hotel (no view whatsoever). The breakfast buffet was also subpar. For $27 per person we expected a lot more options--at least pancakes and waffles--but there were none. Pancakes had to be ordered from the menu for an additional charge. While the staff were very friendly and helpful, this hotel, for being a JW Marriott, was a disappointment."
