"The place was simple, very neat and clean. All the soap dispensers, except for hand soap in the bathroom were empty! No paper towels in the kitchen, just an empty cardboard tube! Also, no iron or hair dryer, and no oven (if this is needed). Otherwise, without these amenities, the place was nice. Owner should warn future guests not to lock the bottom door when leaving. "Our family of 8 adults spent 4 nights/5 days visiting DC. Staying in Arlington was convenient with the 10 minute walk to the Metro. Seven Eleven was right around the corner for convenience of picking up essentials. We drove to Whole Foods for groceries. But we also had Uber to the same area to do some shopping and eating out. "Such a wonderful place to stay for a DC trip. It was so close to the metro, which made it easy getting to all the best tourist attractions that DC is known for. Such a relaxing area to come back to, after a long day out. If we ever come back we're definitely returning. Also was clean, quiet, and was home away from home for us."

"Location, location, location! Park your car, and don’t worry about driving anywhere else. The subway is just around the corner, and Safeway and CVS are in easy walking distance as well. Townhome is cozy but comfortable with most everything one could need, especially if you are just using it as a place to rest and recharge as you explore all that DC and the surrounding areas have to offer. We were enchanted with all the rich historical, educational and beautiful places we explored. Our son lives...

"Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city."

"Property is as it was stated online. I do agree with the other comments regarding the loud neighbors downstairs and also the smell of marijuana downstairs in the evening was a little bit of a turn off."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there's so many bars and restaurants on the street! The pizza shop below is incredible. The bar across the street and next door is pretty loud on the weekends, but you really can't hear it in the bedroom. There was a bit of a problem with getting the code for check in, but the owner answered my phone call right away and helped, I appreciated the fast response."
