Seven Smiles, Gerroa - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season

Seven Smiles is the perfect Gerroa beach house. Located two doors down from the famous Blue Swimmer Restaurant and a 3 minute walk to Seven Mile Beach, you can enjoy the best that Gerroa has to offer, all on foot. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The heart of the home is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with beautiful views over the estuary to Seven Mile Beach. Children will love the games room with mini table tennis and pool table.

Please note:

- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January)

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

- Arrive: Tuesday 22 Dec | Depart: Tuesday 29 Dec
- Arrive: Wednesday 30 Dec | Depart: Wednesday 6 Jan
- Arrive: Thursday 7 Jan | Depart: Thursday 14 Jan

For the rest of Summer Season, a 3 night minimum applies.

Where will I be?

Seven Smiles enjoys an outstanding position, 2 doors down from the Blue Swimmer Restaurant, 3 minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach, and a 7 minute drive to Gerringong.

Why choose Seven Smiles?

Seven Smiles allows you to enjoy the best of Gerroa. You will never tire of the beautiful ocean views and will love the proximity to the beach.

How is the property laid out?

Seven Smiles is a renovated two storey brick house. Entry via the back deck takes you into the second level. Here you will walk into the main kitchen, living and dining area. This large open plan space enjoys beautiful views of Seven Mile Beach. There are two bedrooms on this level, including the master with a queen bed and ensuite. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Heading downstairs you will find a kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, a living room, games room, bathroom and laundry. There is also a downstairs patio area. The large deck at the back of the property features a gas BBQ, outdoor setting and outdoor lounge.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The property also has two smart TVs. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.

Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Seven Smiles has a large back deck, with gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge. Emery park, with playground and lawns is 120 metres away and Seven Mile Beach a short stroll.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There is reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in the upstairs open plan area.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Seven Smiles

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is undercover parking for 2 vehicles in the carport, with space for another 2 vehicles on the driveway

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Seven Smiles is not pet friendly.

Is there any special information I should know about?

Please be aware that there are external security cameras at Seven Smiles. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Incredible views and great location over 7 mile beach..

A group of 7of us rented Seven Smiles and we were all smiles for our annual " How to host a Murder Party" "Death by chocolate. A perfect setting and great lay out for 3 couples and one single. Comfortable beds. ceiling fans a plus and 4 baths made it so manageable. The kitchen was well supplied,. Although we could have used a few hot pads and more tea towels for the kitchen. So many lovely places to rest ourselves. Loved the late check out on Sunday and the cafe next door. Maybe in future add a bigger awning over the rear seating area, Such a lovely garden but very hot direct sun for sitting outside. Thanks again. We'll be back.
