Mieten Sie dieses Haus nicht! Von dem Moment an, als wir im Haus ankamen, wurden unsere Anrufe und E-Mails mit Fragen nicht mehr beantwortet. Dies war unsere letzte E-Mail an den Eigentümer, auf die wir nie eine Antwort erhielten: „Wir haben Sie mehrmals angerufen und Ihnen eine E-Mail mit einigen Fragen geschickt, aber leider haben wir keine Antwort von Ihnen erhalten. * Vom ersten Tag an litten wir unter einem schrecklichen Abwassergeruch! * Es ist kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Wir kochen Wasser für Tee in einer Pfanne. * Im Duschraum des Shetland-Zimmers gibt es keine Beleuchtung. * Im ersten Stock, in der Nähe der Stufe zum langen Flur, ist ein Brett gefährlich locker. * Das Haus ist extrem laut * Die Böden im ersten Stock knarrten so sehr, dass viele von uns dadurch schlecht geschlafen haben. Wir glauben, dass diese Immobilie aufgrund des enormen Gestanks, den wir erlebt haben, nicht zur Vermietung geeignet ist, bis dieses Problem gelöst ist. Wir hoffen, wieder von Ihnen zu hören. Eine sehr gute Lage und Möglichkeiten, allerdings hat dieses Haus grundsätzliche Probleme mit der Sanitärinstallation, wodurch immer ein penetranter und stinkender Geruch herrscht. Wenn kein heißes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn kommt... Einige kleinere Mängel und bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Die Haltung von Belvilla als Eigentümer war/ist sehr bedauerlich.
