Welcome to our quiet private cabin with modern conveniences just outside Mitchell Oregon located on a working cattle ranch. The cabin boasts beautiful views of the local mountains including Sutton Mountain, White Butte and Black Butte. At night sit outside on the partial wrap around porch and take in the crystal clear night sky. Bring a telescope and see which constellations you can spot! Wildlife abounds including deer, elk, antelope and more.
The cabin sleeps up to six adults with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with 2 full-size mattresses. It has a modern kitchen, shower and bath combo, washer, dryer, WiFi satellite television, heater and AC. The open concept has a living space on the ground level and sleeping loft upstairs with beds located in one spot.
This is the perfect get-a-way just 10 minutes from the Painted Hills, one of Oregon's must see tourist destinations. This is a chance to get back to nature and see a variety of Central Oregon wildlife and gaze at the stars.
We have had excellent cabin reviews by guest hunters over the last 4 years. Many return each year during hunting season. This is our first year to be available April to July to other guests.
