“I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property……

“Our stay at this apartment was highly disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of professionalism. Upon arrival, we discovered cockroaches in the unit, which is a major hygiene concern. Furthermore, the shower head was broken. Despite reporting this issue immediately, it was never addressed or fixed during our stay. “I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”

“I really enjoyed my time in Ghana staying at Kass Towers. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was in excellent condition and very clean and with all appliances pretty much provided. We had a two bed apartment and it was very spacious and like a home away from home. The gym is absolutely great and the swimming pool excellent. The bar by the pool was very quiet and not a great selection but it definitely doesn’t distract from the……

“Room was not clean enough. Hairs from visitors of before everywhere. Room was too small. I don’t really advise to visit here again. It was obviously not the cleanest place I have stayed as a Hotel. I made even a complaint and I just had to stay there they didn’t take our complaint seriously. Anyway no thanks”

“It’s a scam, go to Loxwoods actual website to book. We went in person to the actual hotel and they said people rent out the apartments one by one and this person had 6 ppl come asking for this one. They were not able to accomadate us but did not cancel the reservation. Don’t book here”
