“The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. In the afternoon we went on a canoe ride to see monkeys. The whole experience……

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
