We were only staying for the night as a stopover as were passing through. Property was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was excellant with a beautiful view over the waves. Would definitely come back and stay for longer

This was a beautiful relaxing stay at the Desa Pramana Swan. The staff, rooms and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed fantastic food at the Swan restaurant and the local Warong Lagong across the road.

We loved our 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our floating breakfast experience was amazing! The staff were pleasant and provided great customer service. The staff will take you to your villa with a golf cart- very cool! I will definitely stay here again! Great place!

Third trip to Keramas and Desa Swan was by far the best place I’ve stayed. Everything is manicured to perfection and the staff were super friendly and attentive. For surfing there are a few good breaks within walking distance. It’s off the main highway and quiet, and breakfast with coffee was delicious. Local culture is still prominent at Keramas. Would highly recommend this place!!!

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with booking tours and arranging things for us. The breakfast staff were awesome too, and the breakfasts were very good too, and their coffees were amazing. The Spa was truly exceptional, and our whole group agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had, the staff were absolutely amazing and were exceptionally skilled in both Bali and Aromatherapy massage, hence we would encourage all visitors to enjoy a massage at the Spa.

Amazing villa - wonderful staff

We had a 3 bed villa all with own bathrooms and a private pool & garden which were lovely. We did the spa experiences and day tours which were fantastic value. The resort is in a quieter part of Bali which suited us and right on the beach for morning walks, be aware it is not a swimming beach as the waves are so strong. The included breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate in the restaurant a few nights too. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is perfect. The villa is extremely spacious, clean, and in good condition. The private garden and pool was so nice. Note that the pictures cannot capture the true beauty of this place. It is more pretty and nice in reality than at the pictures. The breakfast is also one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. There are a wide selection of both local and international food including delicious fresh fruit. You can order your eggs as you like it and even order cappuccino and other coffees as you like. We have also used both room service, spa, and the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Everything is again perfect. The beach is great for surfers (we do not surf) but my husband and kids took a swim/play time in the huge waves. The beach is beautiful for a walk and you can drop in and have a drink or some food along the way if you fancy. If you think there is too long from your villa to the beach, then you can ask the hotel to drive you in their buggy car. My kids loved it. There was only approximately 350 m from our villa to the restaurant so no problem in walking but they found the buggy car being excessive luxury. If returning to Bali, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staffs for their kindness.

Highly recommended property in Bali

The stay with Desa Swan Villas was amazing. Their team did everything that they could do to assist us and make our stay the most comfortable and a memorable experience for us. This includes in room service, spa services and cleanliness. The staff is really professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom villa with pool access and it was a superb experience as our family could spend great quality time together.

We stayed here with a family of 5. Nice safe and quiet location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for a bit of travel time into Ubud. But we walked along the beach and found some amazing little restaurants on the water

We only stayed one night here in the first week of May. The weather was very good, light shower at night sun during the day. We chose this because of the proximity to the safari park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt to communicate through WhatsApp. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they held our luggage and took us by golf cart to the onsite restaurant on the beach. The menu was large with local and other Asian cuisine. Alcohol and food was priced very fair and with the USD exchange rate was a bargain. The atmosphere was lovely sitting Oceanside. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which had plenty of options. Our room was near the front desk and they will offer you a ride to the restaurant but if you walk it is less than 5 minutes. They also gave us a ride to the safari park, but warning it’s by golf cart on the main roadway. This hotel is not walking distance to anything major but was a very pleasant stay for our first night in Bali. I would book this again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay (just over a week). The place was exactly what we were looking for to relax and do a little bit of sightseeing. Very spacious accommodation and private pool. Staff came everyday to clean and do grounds keeping. Reception was very responsive to our needs including setting up massage sessions and day tour. We did the Tanah Lot day tour which was great and felt lucky the temples were not too crowded. The rice terrace walk was our favorite. Place is a few minutes walk to the Swan restaurant and black sand beach. There are also a couple other places to eat too. Buffet style breakfast was available which included Asian and western options. The menu at Swan for lunch and dinner offered several types of cuisine (Balinese, Indian, Mediterranean, etc). The entertainment events - live acoustic music and Balinese traditional dance were a nice offering too. Also, plus 2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour. Overall great stay and would stay again.
