“We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Palazzo Negri! The room was superb: lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed, and close to all the major attractions in Verona. It also included a clothes washer and semi-kitchen. though we did not need to use them. The best part was the communication with the staff. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
