“Great communication from host, quiet neighbourhood, good sized bedrooms. Spent the weekend with my brothers and my niece and nephew and it was so much better than trying to stay in a hotel room. We were able to sit in the living room and visit, and the kids were able to watch the tv when they got tired from all the running around we weee doing at tourist locations. Would stay again! “The stay was good, the only problem was accessing the home. Owner gave the wrong door code but it was a small mistake and easy fix. When I contacted him he was quick to respond. There were a few things that could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival but other than that everything was good. There was also no broom only a shock vacuum. Nice house.”

“We experienced no surprises with the property or during our stay. Communication with the host was quick and efficient in all cases. The kitchen was slightly under stocked when it came to cookware but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all, the pictures and listing did the property justice and we were happy with our stay.”

“The beds were fantastic. Sleep was great. Quiet, and a quiet area. Host was very nice and helpfull. The only downside is that the fire alarm system is way too sensitive when cooking. The host says they are trying to get this corrected.”

“The house was great! The hosts were easy to reach and even set out a few snacks for us to enjoy when we checked in. The beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. I really like that we had access to laundry and other cleaning supplies so we could tidy the space during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the expo center and it was a perfect location for us! If I could suggest anything to improve it I would have a nonstick frying pan available, cutting board and pepper. Overall a very nice time!”

“This was the perfect little house for our quick visit to Edmonton. The location was great, it was easy access to get to everywhere we needed to go. There is a busy road by it but it was pretty quiet for in the city. The house was very clean and the extra few toiletries were a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!”

“One of the best things about this hotel is the connected restaurant. I ate there twice, one of which was a business meeting. It made it really easy to squeeze in a workout at the hotel's gym because i didnt need to drive to a restaurant. ”

Lunch served at conference excellent. Place surrounded by a few unfortunate homeless . Despite everything I will give it a 8/10 rating. This place served my purpose for my conference overnight stop ”
