“The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery.
The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.
However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame.
The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place.
Honestly, I was expecting a better experience for……

“Good value for money, perfect position on the slopes. Apartment block a bit noisy and the double bed consisted of 2 single matress. Reception good and communicative but the restaurant offer very little chooise and not great”

“This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel”
