"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. "We spent 4 very enjoyable nights at Nusa Bay. The snorkeling from the jetty is great. The food in the restaurant is good (and there is a vegetarian menu available but ask for it as it wasn't offered to me until our 3rd day) Staff are all really lovely and very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again."

"This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows."
