While the room was perhaps a little behind on repair and upkeep for cosmetic issues, it was all very clean and everything worked, which I definitely view as more important. Check in and check out were smooth, and there were no issues during our stay.

This is an old property, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The motel is off the beaten path, and next to a school in a residential neighborhood so it’s quiet at night. However, there are some residents at the motel who get up early to work, and they were talking noisily outside our window early. A bagel place is a short drive away for breakfast.

We booked a night and when we arrived for the stay at 8:30 pm there was no one in the office to give access to the room. They still charged us for the room even though we had to get another hotel room. We called Hotels.com but they were unable to get our money back. We were disappointed with the hotel and that Hotels.com could not help us resolve the problem.

The office is locked and you knock on the door and wait for someone to help you. She took 15 minutes to check me in and then said the room needed to be mopped and that took another 10 minutes. I felt worried the whole time about safety.

Dead cockroaches all over the floor. The curtain was barely hanging on. Missing tiles on the floor. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and its not a queen bed. It was a double. Thjs place is disgusting and the losting are full of s**t. They skimp at every turn. DO NOT STAY HERE

Avoid at all cost!

Did not even check in. This motel is basically a homeless camp with broke down cars, broke furniture, and trash strewn about the parking lot. It actually seemed ababdoned. Filthy hardly describes this place. There were some "guests" sitting outside smoking and drinking. You can tell that they lived there full time. The neighborhood is super sketchy with homeless camping and gang members.I tried to get Hotels.com to remove this motel from their listings. Somebody is going to get assaulted or worse if they end up staying here!

I need power!

Stayed in room 18. It's a bit of an odd set-up. There are no working electrical outlets near the bed. The one at the head of bed didn't work so those with cpap machines will have to plug from across the room to the bed. TV didnt power on either. Didn't bother asking to fix it because I had my laptop.
