「Au premier abord l'environnement est surprenant (zone artisanale) en fait c'est un plus pour la tranquillité et la sécurité. Les propriétaires habitent sur place mais l'hébergement est complètement indépendant. Le studio est un petit nid douillet, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, très propre avec une literie de bonne qualité.La petite terrasse est un plus.Olivier est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins.Localisation parfaite pour des balades en bord de Seine, visiter les Andélys, Château...

Appartement sous les combles, il fait très très chaud en été et il y’a des moustiques, un ventilateur sera un plus. Isolation avec les propriétaire nulle le soir on écoute tous ce que dise les voisins. Je conseil pas du tous. Attention photos sur le site mensongère. 」

"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. "
