The staff was amazing! During our stay my husband suddenly became very ill and they gave us a late checkout, delivered medication and allowed us to stay in the hotel for as long as we needed until he felt better. The hotel was also located in a beautiful and central area so it was very easy to move around!

Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!

Equipe, localização, limpeza e café da manhã excelentes! Quarto e banheiro pequenos quando comparados à estrutura do hotel.
