“This was such a fun place to stay! I so wish we had had more time. It’s a great place to stay if you are going to the Kettlehouse as everyone else is going the other way when the concert gets out. “The location and facilities of this gem are perfect for those wanting to get off grid and spend time enjoying the best of Montana. The cabin is rustic as described but the kitchen, shower, and outhouse facilities are convienient. Mike is a great host, very helpful and good for some great tips on fishing spots. Supplies are only about a few miles away if needed. A peaceful spot near some great fishing, I will be back!”

“Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the friendliness and courtesy of Mike! Loved the wood burning furnace, the seclusion, the little creek, and the lack of service! It was the perfect weekend stay!Construction closed the road between 9 pm - 4 am, and we were driving from NoCo! Mike was the best and called us a few days before to let us know and day of to make sure we could make it in time. Will absolutely be staying again if the opportunity arises!”

“Really a nice place! Spotless, quiet and just the right size for the 2 of us. All went well. The hosts are very responsive to questions. The detailed handout of things to do was very useful. We followed their recommendations and were quite pleased. Love the stand of mature ponderosa pines out the front door. View from the deck of the whole valley is special. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
