"Very nice property, nice to have 2 separate bed/bath for 2 couples. Nice big common spaces with small kitchen and small bathroom upstairs. Wouldn’t plan to do large meals in the kitchen but perfect for breakfast prep. The owners are AMAZING and very responsive. Couldn’t ask for more. We VERY much enjoyed the central location. It was a lovely weekend with friends."

"The house was wonderful. The yard is not kept up. There is a lot of debris, tree limbs,leaves and small trees growing everywhere. The deck is slick due to mildew. The drive way is very steep. They even put in a longer driveway however this is still very steep. I have a SUV ,not 4 wheel drive, and when it rained I could not get up driveway. The hot tub was great but only 2 jets were working. The TV worked but the volume kept going to mute. I contacted the rental and they brought us another TV but...

"Beautiful location directly on New River. Cabin was well appointed but there was a slow leak at the base of the upstairs toilet. Not sure if the seal needs replacing or the toilet just needs to be tightened up a bit. Also, the seat needs to be replaced or tightened up. I would also recommend replacing the charcoal grill. One of the wheels is broken and wants to fall off when moving the grill. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Great place to enjoy family. All amenities are there, quiet and easy access to Jefferson. Parks are great for kids and scenery is beautiful. Owner’s are very nice and helpful. This was my third rental because it’s all we need."
