「Late arrival great service」

「No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep 」

I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. 「This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. 「The hotel is going through updating, the swimming pool was ok, the room was very dated, the bath panel was broken but all we wanted was a bed for 1 night. When we left one if the updated rooms was open and I must say they looked beautiful. When this hotel is finished I'm quite sure it will be of good standard.」

「First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.」
